How To Order
WEBSITE
To place an order via our website you need to create or log into your account. Once this is done you can simply add items to your basket and then proceed through the checkout and select your delivery option. In the final stage of the checkout click 'Pay Now' and pay securely using your credit or debit card or select 'PayPal' to pay via PayPal. If you wish to pay by other means i.e. Bank Transfer, simply click 'Save Order' and your order will be logged on our system. A member of our team will contact you to discuss your payment requirements. Please do not use save order unless you wish to place the order or to confirm a shipping cost.

DISCOUNTS
We offer various discounts to Trade (Professional) Companies, Car Clubs and Organisations. Please see our Discount Page Here. All discounts are online via the website only, we do not process discounts via telephone orders or similar.
AGREE LATER
On rare occasions the customer may be presented with the 'Agree later' option during checkout. This could be due to the specific Item(s) ordered, their size, weight or the country / delivery address you have specified. If you select 'Agree later' and proceed, you can then select 'Save Order' and your order will be lodged on our system. No payment is requested or taken at this time and we will contact you via Email during office hours to confirm your order.
TELEPHONE
Sadly we are no longer taking orders via telephone, but if you have any issues or concerns please get in touch.
Simply email us with your requirements and likewise we will return an email confirming all costs. Please don't forget to include your full address so we can provide accurate shipping costs. Please send to sales@engine-dynamics.com
IN PERSON
We are more than happy for customers to collect their order from us, but we do request that you contact us to confirm a collection date / time before travelling.
FITTING AND DYNO SERVICES
Please contact us with your requirements. Appointments for product fitment and dyno services need to be booked in advance and in most instances we request a deposit to secure your slot and or allocation of parts. This can be paid via secure online payment link (sent via email) or in person if local. Once the work is completed the balance is payable in person on completion when collecting your car.
SHIPPING
In most instances the website calculates shipping costs automatically during the checkout. When ordering small items the customer will have the option to choose a lower cost Royal Mail service, but can still select an Express Courier option for a faster delivery with more detailed tracking. We only use reputable couriers such as UPS, TNT, Interlink or similar. If no shipping option is available, please continue to process the order with 'Agree later' and click 'Save Order' on the final page of the checkout. We will then contact you to discuss shipment.
For security reasons we can only ship to the payment card holders registered address or PayPal address. If you wish to have items delivered to another address, please contact us first via email to discuss your requirements.
VAT
The current UK VAT tax rate is 20%. Prices are shown including and excluding VAT for reference purposes. All UK and EU* customers will be charged VAT on their orders, which is clearly shown in the basket and checkout. All Non EU customers that have registered on our website will have VAT automatically deducted at the basket and checkout. Non EU Customers may also be liable to import and duty taxes when the item(s) are delivered. If you have any questions on this you need to contact the authorities in your own country as information on taxes differs for each country.
* Any EU customers / businesses outside the UK can provide their VAT Number for Zero VAT. Once we have validated your VAT Number we will inform you via email and update your online account so you can order at Zero VAT.

Our website can also display prices in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($). You can select the currency at the top of the page in the drop down box. Please note this is a guide only based around current prices and that all payments will be made to us in GBP Sterling (£). Currency exchange rates will relate to your own bank, card issuer or payment provider, therefore it is best to check with them first for an accurate exchange rate.

Payments
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS
- Payments can be made securely on our website or over the phone. We can also send secure payment links via email so you can fill out your card details in the comfort of your own home. Please note that due to fraud protection for both us and the customer, we can only ship to the card holder's address.BANK TRANSFER
- 'Save Order' at checkout and one of our staff will email you with our bank details to pay directly into our account via T/T Wire Transfer. Please note that items in stock will only be sent once payment is cleared into our account.PAYPAL
- A PayPal option will be displayed in the checkout, plus there is also PayPal Credit for those looking to spread the cost of the purchase. All PayPal purchases can only be shipped to the confirmed address(s) on the PayPal account. PayPal Credit is subject to status / approval.CASH
- We do not advise sending cash in the post, but can accept cash for any order / service in person.All Credit Card / Debit card and PayPal payments are processed with relevant Security / Fraud checks. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the local authorities for further investigation and could lead to prosecution. Orders can only be sent out to the registered card holder's address or confirmed PayPal address. If you wish items to be sent to a third party address then payment will need to be made via Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order, Western Union or Cash.
