Turbo Intercooler kit and Air Intake Kit

A full intercooler and air intake kit for Clio Sport 172 / 182 Turbo Conversions. Suits all models.

This kit has been used on conversions upto 360 BHP and is custom made by us specifically for the Clio Sport and is not a universal kit.

The intercooler is mounted centrally within the front bumper for maximum cooling and the pipe work consists of Black Alloy hard pipes with reinforced silicone joining hoses. The alloy pipes also feature swaged ends to prevent hoses 'blowing off' under higher boosts.

All clips and fixtures are supplied with the kit for an easy, hassle free installation. The kit is designed to fit with our conversion and may fit other rear mounting turbo installations. It could possibly be adapted by the end user if required for other applications. We can supply the kit to suit 2.5" (63mm) turbo inlets or 3" (76mm) turbo inlets please select from the options.

Also supplied is the Air intake kit, this features a front mounted air filter which locates in between the front head light and the battery. This location ingests more cold air down the full 63mm alloy intake pipe to the turbo, further aiding performance. The cone filter supplied is sourced from world renowned air filter specialist JF Filters. The filter size is flow rated to around 350 BHP for forced induction use and includes their lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

* Please note - This is a full kit and is provided with the Intercooler, pipework, JR Cone Air Filter and Fixtures. The original factory sized (063) battery must be fitted to the car *

Intercooler 63mm = With intercooler 63mm Turbo Intake.
Intercooler 76mm = With intercooler 76mm Turbo Intake.
W/O Intercooler 63mm = Without Intercooler 63mm Turbo Intake.
W/O Intercooler 76mm = Without Intercooler 76mm Turbo Intake.
