Renault 5 GT Turbo Lightweight Billet Steel Flywheel (60-2 Pattern)
60-2 Pattern Lightweight steel billet flywheel to replace STD (OEM) flywheel. Can be used with both STD and Uprated Clutches.
* Please note this flywheel has an altered 60-2 Timing pattern for use with an aftermarket ECU, it will not work with the standard Renix Ignition Unit. See our other item *
Suitable for all models of the Renault 5 GT Turbo (Phase 1 & 2), the purpose of a lightened flywheel is to improve the engines response creating a faster revving engine.
This flywheel is a direct replacement for the original item, uses original bolts and can be combined with any clutch that is designed for use with the original item. It is fully CNC machined and dynamically balanced to retain engine smoothness. (see note on timing pattern above)
This lightened version comes in around 3.5 KG.
A worthy upgrade if your are changing your clutch or building a performance engine.
