We have teamed up with EFi Parts to offer their Forced Induction Module. We have applied the module with a custom solution to work with our own turbo conversions, plus we can offer the kit to those looking for an engine management solution.
The kit consists of the module, turbo map sensor, ECU Flash and installation guide.
Module - This is a simple wire in solution (6 wires)
Map Sensor - This simply replaces the factory map sensor located in the intake manifold
ECU Flash - We need to flash (Program) your factory ECU so this will need to be sent to us. Alternatively you can send us a spare ECU to program or we may be able to supply an ECU for you at additional cost. Contact us for more info.
The off the shelf kit will come to suit 230 - 240 BHP using 7.5psi of boost on a standard engine using a T25 / T28 Turbo. The kit requires 480cc (Megane 2 RS) Fuel Injectors and these can be purchased also when choosing from the options.
Frequently asked questions.
Q) Except for the Fuel Injector upgrade, are other fuel system modifications required?
A) No, for 230 - 240 BHP no further mods are required. We have applied it to work with a stock fuel pump and fuel rail at the mentioned level.
Q) Can it be used with higher power levels?
A) Yes, with further fuel system modifications i.e. uprated fuel pump , Fuel Rail and regulator the kit can be custom tuned for up to 12 psi of boost. This can equate to around 280 BHP alongside the correct engine / turbo modifications. Please contact us with your requirements.
Q) Can this kit be used with Supercharged Conversions?
A) Yes, it can be tuned to suit some applications.
