This oil cooler kit was originally designed for use with our turbo conversions, however it can be used with any performance Clio 2 RS (Ph2 172 and 182 models only due to clearance behind the grille).
On turbo converted cars the intercooler takes up a large area of the front bumper, so we located the cooling matrix behind the front grille.
A common complaint on some oil cooler kits is that the oil does not get up to a good working temperature. Our kit features thermostatic sandwich plate to enable the oil to get up to temperature quickly. This simply means that the oil is not directed through the cooler until it reaches a desired temperature which is 80 Degree's C.

As mentioned it is suitable for all levels of performance from fast road to turbo conversions. A very popular add on for track car day cars.
