Piper Cams Performance Camshaft Set
If you have done the usual exhaust and air intake mods then you're possibly looking for the next step. We have worked with Piper Cams to produce a custom set of camshafts that can make the most of tuning on the factory (OEM) ECU and deliver gains across the rev range, but with more emphasis in higher engine rpm ranges. Perfect for Fast Road and Track use, this camshaft set is about the best you can use when retaining a tuned factory ECU.
These are brand new steel billet camshaft pair and work with OEM valvetrain i.e. valve springs and hydraulic lifters.
These camshafts are now our go to items for the Level 2 Camshaft packages we fit and tune in house.
Q) Do they require special timing tools?
A) No, we have designed the camshafts so optimum timing is achieved using standard timing settings (Tools). This alone makes installation a lot easier!
Q) What gains can i expect to see?
A) These camshafts are aimed at cars already fitted with performance exhausts and air intakes. Cars fitted with such mods we would expect to see 215 - 220 BHP after tuning on a healthy engine.
Q) Do they work with a stock factory ECU?
A) Yes, they have been designed to maximise tuning on a stock ECU, therefore the ECU will need to be tuned to suit.
