Renault Sport Custom Remote ECU Tuning

We offer remote custom ECU tuning for the factory (OEM) engine management systems fitted to the Renault Sport Clio 2 RS, Clio 3 RS, Megane 2 RS and Megane 3 RS.

Using the Fastchip RS Tuner Tool, we can tune your vehicle remotely, wherever you are located, without the need to visit our workshop.

This is genuine custom ECU tuning, not simply a generic remap. We start with one of our proven, in-house developed base calibrations, then analyse data logs from your car to make individual calibration adjustments to suit your engine and modifications.

How Does It Work?

The RS Tuner Tool allows you to read and write ECU calibrations, as well as record engine data logs which you send to us for analysis via email.

We provide an initial base calibration, followed by up to 5 calibration updates based on the data logs you supply. Most vehicles can be fully tuned within these five updates.

The tuning process can be carried out using road-based data logging in a suitable, safe and legally permitted environment, or at a local rolling road (dyno). We can also arrange to be available remotely during a pre-booked dyno session to review logs and provide calibration updates.

What Equipment Do I Need?

• Fastchip RS Tuner – PRO Version, which supports external wideband lambda sensor input.


• Wideband Lambda Sensor and Controller to accurately log air/fuel ratios.


• Windows Laptop with USB Port to run the RS Tuner software.

We do not supply the RS Tuner or wideband equipment, which must be purchased separately.

For tuning purposes, the wideband lambda sensor can be temporarily installed in the factory secondary (post-catalyst) lambda sensor position, where suitable, or permanently fitted using a dedicated mounting boss in the exhaust system as per the manufacturers guidelines.

RS Tuner Vehicle Licences

The RS Tuner includes a licence for one vehicle. Additional vehicle licences can be purchased from Fastchip, allowing the same tool to be used on other compatible Renault Sport models.
